3월 8일, 브라질 여성연합 리우데자네이루 지부는 ‘세계 여성의 날’을 맞이하여 지역사회를 위해 열심히 활동해 온 여성들을 기리고 여성연합의 활동에 대해 소개하는 시간을 가졌다. 리부데자네이루 지부의 루시아 수사(Lucia Sousa) 회장이 여성연합에 대해 소개하였으며, 이어 신입 회원들과 인사를 나누며 대화의 시간을 가졌다.

South America-Brazil Holds an International Women’s Day Commemorative Event

On March 8, in commemoration of ‘International Women’s Day’, the Rio de Janeiro Chapter of WFWP-Brazil held an event to celebrate the women who have worked hard for their local societies and to introduce the activities of the WFWP. President Lucia Sousa of the Rio de Janeiro Chapter gave an introduction to the WFWP, which was followed by a session of exchanging greetings and holding conversations with new members.
