지난 8월 3일, 브라질의 리우 데 자네이루 지부는 브라질 본부 건물에서 양로원의 어르신들을 모시고 티파티 시간을 가졌다. 이 날 행사에는 새롭게 가입한 회원들을 포함하여 총 57명이 함께 하였다.

행사는 여성연합 소개를 비롯하여, 노인 분들을 위한 음악과 춤, 다과 그리고 대화의 시간을 통해 어르신들과 젊은 청년들이 함께 어우러져 화합할 수 있는 시간이 되었다.

 
Latin America - Brazil Headquarters Tea Party for the Elderly

On August 3, Brazil’s Rio de Janeiro Chapter held a tea party at the Brazil Headquarters Building for the senior citizens from the home for the aged. The event was attended by a total of 57 people, including new members.

The event provided an opportunity not only to introduce the WFWP to the participants, but also to hold a session of communicating with the elderly through music, dancing, and tea and cakes, through which the aged and the young were able to harmonize with each other.
